An informal performance of David Rakowski's 52nd piano étude, a rock and roll étude on repeated chords (after Jerry Lee Lewis). The étude was suggested by Rick Moody, the piece's namesake ("write a rock and roll piece, Jerry Lee Lewis style, with crazy chords"). The performance was recorded on a Flip Video Ultra in a rehearsal hall at Eastern Carolina University on February 29, 2008. Rakowski's études are © by CF Peters.
